▪ Implementing various financial controls within the Netsuite for strong financial internal controls.

▪ Placing particular emphasis on KPIs such as cash flow management, in a strategic and timely way.

▪ Preparation of statutory accounts for the year-end audit.

▪ Production of monthly management accounts.

▪ Reviewing the current processes within the finance function for efficiency and strong control.

▪ HMRC/Companies house submission (including VAT returns).

▪ Treasury management.

▪ Liaising with the lenders for covenants reporting.

▪ Overseeing the financial operations.

▪ Assisting finance system upgrades/implementation including data migration/management.

▪ Providing bookkeeping.

▪ Provide an outsourced AP function.

▪ Other ad-hoc reporting for performance improvements.
